Morning Dew in Tanah Rabbani (Part Four)

Friday is a day eagerly awaited by the students. It symbolizes a break from our busy schedule. For us students, Friday is very special; many precious moments are born on this day. And on this day, even silly reasons become very important and meaningful. I see my friends busy with their own affairs and work. Including Abridin and Mukhlis, they are friends with the same fate and the same goals, always having new plans for Friday.

On that day, the students could play basketball freely. The basketball court was located in front of one of the magnificent buildings in the land of Rabbani. A building that always waited for the morning dew to water it. The two-story building had no roof like most buildings. Its architecture was exactly like the elite and magnificent buildings in Europe or the buildings that are always used as places for actors in Hollywood films to act. Call it the "White House" The building that has always been a magnificent icon in America. So that's what the buildings in our land of Rabbani are like. And for anyone who wants to see the splendor of the building, it will be very beautiful when he sees it in the morning, when it is sprinkled with mist and dew that brings blessings from the sky. Even more beautiful is the building when seen at night, because at that time it is accompanied by the light of the stars and the night moon. Truly amazing!! The building that was carried as the beginning of the formation of the Natural Civilization of the Beloved Land of Rabbani.

“Din, let’s ask permission to go to Taliwang, it’s not bad.. Later we’ll walk around there and then buy some food”. Mukhlis tried to persuade Abridin. “But last Friday I already asked permission to go to Taliwang, if I ask permission again, I definitely won’t be given Tasreh”. Abridin seemed uninterested in Mukhlis’ persuasion. Even though in his heart he wanted to accompany his friend to Taliwang to buy soccer shoes, because last Friday he forgot to buy them. “Okay then, I want to ask permission from the administrator first, later if you want to ask for something, please do so”. Mukhlis answered frankly, without making a second offer to Abridin.

With his hair parted to the side, a long-sleeved white shirt, black trousers, and black loafers, Mukhlis emerged from his room, a room whose entrance door bore the words Quwait One in Arabic script, and could only be read by those who could speak Arabic. He walked straight to the administrator's office, located at the end of Quwait One. Oddly, he turned right, taking an alternative route to the bathroom behind his room. An alternative route often used by students who did not want to collect their tasreh from the administrator of this large organization in the Land of the Rabbani.

With no guilt whatsoever, Mukhlis boarded a horse-drawn carriage that passed along the main road of Tanah Rabbani. He was shocked to see Abridin, Sholeh, Musa, and Salman riding the carriage, all wearing the same uniform. It turned out they had already surpassed him, and he had ended up using the alternative route.

"Hahaha. Never mind, friend, you don't have to pretend you want permission from the management, we already know you will take that alternative route." Abridin said sarcastically to Mukhlis. While Musa, Sholeh and Salman did not say anything, the three of them seemed to have other plans, plans that were not in Mukhlis and Abridin's brains.

"After Friday prayers, the chairman of the Organization's board recited the Kashful Hudur. All the students, including myself, listened to the reading of the list of mysterious names targeted by the Tanah Rabbani security detectives. And according to the agreed-upon regulations, these mysterious names would be subject to a Class C violation fine, as it is considered a violation that deviates from the Motto and Five Souls of Tanah Rabbani. In my heart, Abridin and Mukhlis were among the targets of these mysterious students.
