Humans living in this world will always be faced with problems and challenges that arise in succession. One problem is resolved, and a thousand more arise. On the one hand, humans are required to grapple with the challenges they face.
Problems are the destiny of life, and they will be encountered by anyone, regardless of the circumstances. Certainly, problems impossible Approaching without compromise, without permission. Sometimes forcing, creating space for inner and outer debate.
Debate born, will be digested by the human physical condition which is reflected in melancholy. A happy face, changed. Friendly, relaxed attitude. The enthusiasm for talking faded. Smiling faces, frenzied, shrunk and wrinkled. Thus, there is a problem when greeting humans.
On the other hand, the space for debate inner It's also readable. A calm soul can fall apart. An open heart shakes, wavering without a calm ripple. The heart is in turmoil, the soul is adrift without a dock to anchor. Empty like a fading, dim glow.
In this turmoil, the mind holds the controls. It is needed to solve problems and issues. Humans need thought and reason to survive. Thought is the process leading to reason. Reason is the product of thought. Thought provides the process for problem-solving.
The mind has limitations, especially in finding truth in solving human life's problems. Therefore, truth in thoughts, decisions, actions, and even the path of life produced by the pure human mind is a relative truth, subject to error or recklessness.
Ideas and thoughts that are not accompanied by consultation with the soul/heart will create new problems. Therefore, inner contemplation is essential. Don't simply surrender entirely to shallow thoughts. This will trigger destruction, both physical and spiritual.
If your mind isn't able to handle life's problems and issues, invite your heart to think. The heart can calmly find solutions. Not only can it calm the mind, but working with the heart can calm even complex issues, even complex ones.
Sparks of good light emerge from within a clear heart or soul. In the Qur'an, Allah divides souls into three categories. First, soul Ammaratun bis-sû. This is the soul that always invites to evil. Second, soul Lawwâmâh. A soul that constantly criticizes its owner. If the owner commits a sin, it will criticize them. This soul needs a reminder.
Third, soul Muthmainnâh (quiet soul). This soul is the vessel of faith and light. This soul is loved by Allah SWT. He is a soul devout' gentle and noble. Allah calls this soul the "soul of tranquility". Every human being will be confused, uncertain, anxious about their problems. Except for the one with this soul.[1]
In conclusion, ask the mind and heart of every human being. In which position of the soul do we find shelter? Is it the first position, the soul that always invites us to evil and vice? Or the second position, which always commits sin and disobedience. And perhaps the third position, the soul that always brings peace.
A person's thoughts depend on the state of their soul. Creating thoughts that align with their soul will find solutions to every problem in life. Thoughts don't come from the hearts and souls of others, but from one's own heart and soul.
And God knows bestâ'lam bish shawâb
