Do This So That Allah Will Answer Your Prayers!

Prayer is a very great worship, even the Prophet said:

الدعاؔ Ł‡Łˆ العبادة

"Praying is the essence of worship".

This shows that praying is a very great worship.

As servants, we certainly hope that all the prayers offered to heaven will beapproval Allah. But sometimes we forget to do the things that are necessary for those prayers to be answered.

Here are the things that need to be done so that the prayers we say are immediately answered.approval Allah SWT:

First, Sincere

Sincerity in prayer means sincerity of heart when asking God. When praying, we should be sincere and believe that God will answer our prayers. May Allah bless him and grant him peace said:

ادعوا الله ŁˆŲ£Ł†ŲŖŁ… Ł…ŁˆŁ‚Ł†ŁˆŁ† بال؄جابة

ā€œPray with the belief that your prayers will be answered.ā€ (HR. Tirmidhi)

Al-Imam Ibn Rajab said:

من Ų£Ų¹ŲøŁ… ؓروط الدعاؔ حضور القلب ورجاؔ ال؄جابة من الله

"Among the greatest conditions for prayers to be answered is the presence of the heart and the hope that Allah will answer the prayer."

Second, stay away from haram food, drink and clothing

Whoever wants his prayers to always be answered by Allah should cleanse himself of the things that Allah has forbidden. The Prophet gave a testament to Sa'ad bin Abi Waqqas:

يا Ų³Ų¹ŲÆ Ų£Ų·ŲØ Ł…Ų·Ų¹Ł…Łƒ ŲŖŁƒŁ† Ł…Ų³ŲŖŲ¬Ų§ŲØ الدعاؔ

"O Sa'ad, clean your food (from haram food) then you will be a person whose prayers are effective"

Fourth, Don't be hasty in asking for permission

One of the reasons why prayers are not answered is being hasty in asking for prayers to be answered.

Many of us feel that after one or two requests, our requests should be granted immediately. This makes us angry when we feel like we've prayed but haven't received an answer. This is precisely the attitude the Prophet forbade. Imam Ad-Dawudi said:

ŁŠŲ®Ų“Ł‰ على من خالف ŁˆŁ‚Ų§Ł„ : (قد دعوت فلم يستجب Ł„ŁŠ أن ŁŠŲŲ±Ł… ال؄جابة …..)

"It is feared for anyone who contradicts this and says, 'I have prayed but it was not answered', Allah will forbid him from having that prayer answered."

Fifth, be sure and don't hesitate

When asking Allah ask for what you want with full confidence and never hesitate to ask for it, the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

Ų„Ų°Ų§ ŲÆŲ¹Ų§ Ų£ŲŲÆŁƒŁ… ŁŁ„ŁŠŲ¹Ų²Ł… في الدعاؔ ŁˆŁ„Ų§ ŁŠŁ‚Ł„ : اللهم ؄ن Ų“Ų¦ŲŖ ŁŲ£Ų¹Ų·Ł†ŁŠā€¦..

"When one of you prays to Allah then pray with confidence, and let him not (doubtfully) then say: O Allah, if you are willing, give me this..."

These are the conditions for praying to Allah, do these conditions and be sure that Allah will answer your prayer in the best way according to Allah for you.

And Allah knows best
