The congregation of the Eid al-Fitr prayer who are blessed by Allah SWT.
Today, we share a mixture of joy and sadness in our hearts. Why are we happy? Because today, we return to our natural state. The Nature of Islam. Why are we happy? Because we have just succeeded in winning the struggle against lust.
Why are we happy?
Because, there are people who really want to join us in praying this morning, but there are some who are quicker than that desire. Idza ja'â ajaluhum, when death comes, la A the endû na sâa'atan Cannot be delayed even for a moment, wallâ yastaqdimûûn, nor can it be advanced even for a moment.
There are people whose faces are still etched in our minds. Their smiles still linger in the corners of our eyes, but when we return home, they will no longer be with us. People whose hands we held, whose hands we kissed. But now, we no longer see them. Where are they? They have moved on, and they will never be with us again.
Today is a day for a Muslim, filled with mixed emotions, both happy and sad. Nothing can dispel that sadness except Takbiir, Then he glorified the name of Allah. He said:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
As the sun set yesterday afternoon, then it appeared crescent of ShawwalWe are parting ways with the month in which the Taraweeh prayer is performed. We are parting ways with the month in which the Witr prayer is performed. We are parting ways with the month in which we meet and see each other every night, during the Taraweeh and Witr prayers.
So, goodbye to a month full of blessings and a month full of glory.
Goodbye, a month full of forgiveness and grace.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
Ladies and gentlemen of the congregation of the Eid prayer who are blessed by Allah SWT.
Ramadan may be over, but life is not over. There still is, Shawwal. There still is Zulqo'dah. There still is Zulhijjah. There still is Sacred. Hopefully we will return and meet that holy month.
On this occasion preacher We will discuss several Ramadan values that we should uphold in our daily lives, both individually and socially.
Which First. Ramadan cultivates taste ashamed of Allah SWT.
From morning until noon in the month of Ramadan, we do not eat or drink, even though the food is halal. Even though the drink is halal. But we can endure everything. 29 to 30 days. So what we need to take out of Ramadan and into Shawwal is fear and shame towards Allah SWT.
If a child fears Allah. He will not fight or disobey his parents.
If parents fear Allah, they will not neglect their children.
If a student fears Allah, then he will not fight his teacher.
If a trader fears Allah, He will not cheat on the scales.
If officials and leaders fear Allah, then they will not be unjust, so they will not dare to corrupt.
If she fears Allah, a woman will not reveal the hair of her head, or her private parts, in front of a man who is not her mahrom.
Because, it is better to stab with a nail made of hellfire, than to touch the hand of a woman who is not a mahram.
If you fear Allah, then your tongue will always make tasbih, tahmid, takbir, to Allah SWT and offer salawat to the Messenger of Allah.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
So, fear of Allah SWT is our current crisis.
29 nights, 30 days, we maintain fear of Allah SWT. Afraid Afraid and Afraid
When Kabil came, he wanted to throw a stone at Abil's head. Then what Abel said to Kabil, this is immortalized by Allah in the Koran.
“If only you could stretch out your hand to throw a stone at my head.” Hey my brother Kabil, if you want to kill me.
“I will not retaliate. I will not kill you. O my brother Kabil“"“
Was Abel unable to do so? Abel was healthy and strong, but he was not, crippled and disabled, but why wouldn't he retaliate? This is what his brother Abel said:
God bless you
"I fear Allah. Rabb, Lord of the worlds" This is immortalized in the Qur'an, Surah al-Mâ'idah, verse 27.
If we are afraid of other than Allah, it will be easy for us to look for loopholes and hide.
But if you are afraid of Him. La A ta'khuzuhû sinataw wala A naûm He is not sleepy and never sleeps.
That fear is what we implant in our hearts. So never mind the haram, even the halal, we are afraid to swallow. We are afraid to eat what is halal.
Therefore, this is the meaning when we leave Ramadhan, we carry that fear outside the month of Ramadan. This is our crisis, right now. People no longer fear Allah. The husband no longer fears Allah, he allows his wife to dress in clothes that are not in accordance with Islamic law.
The leader no longer fears Allah. He no longer fulfills his mandate. He actually causes misery for his people. Therefore, the proof of the success of fearing Allah is that we carry that fear beyond Ramadan.
This fear is what the Messenger of Allah always asked for when praying to Allah.
God willing
“O Allah, spread a little fear into our hearts, spread a little worry into our hearts, which with this fear, becomes a barrier between us and sinful deeds.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
Honored attendees of the Eid al-Fitr prayer congregation.
Then, the value we take from Ramadan to Shawwal and other months, until death arrives, is this: 30 nights of Taraweeh prayer, followed by congregational Witr prayer. What does this mean? We are taught to prosper the mosque.
Mosques, during the month of Ramadan, are crowded, bustling with the sound of prayer beads, tahmid and takbir. Reading the Qur'an and tadarrus until dawn. But when Ramadhan passes, it will end in loneliness, silence, and the loss of the congregation. The mosque returned to emptiness.
So, this is No Proof of our successful Ramadan. Proof of our successful Ramadan is when mosques, even outside of Ramadan, remain busy and bustling with the remembrance of Allah.
Rasulullah SAW, a person who was very gentle in heart, and very patient in temperament. However, when the mosque was empty, the Prophet became angry. What did Rasulullah SAW say to those who did not come to the mosque? Stop, don't do it again, what if they keep repeating it. They left the mosque empty?
"Then I will come to those who do not pray in congregation. Then I will burn down their houses..” (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)
I will burn their houses, that's what Rasulullah SAW said. 30 At night our feet get used to the mosque. 30 At night we are called to pray five times a day, taraweh and witr prayers. What does it mean? So that we can always prosper the Mosque of Allah SWT.
And, one of God's servants will find shade in the field Mahsyar Later. The time when the sun will be just a span above our heads and crowns. At that time, there will be no shade except the shade of Allah SWT. And at that time, no one can help us.
Who will help us? One of the people who received this shade was;
“A man, whose heart, always hangs in the mosque. People whose hearts always want to go to the mosque.
If his heart is already hanging in the mosque,
The body may be in the office,
The body may be in the rice fields,
The body is allowed at school.
Bodies may be on the market. But when the call to prayer is called,
At that time, my heart was restless, I couldn't wait to come and answer the call. Adhan The Prophet even said, "If a village leaves its mosque empty. It was built with beautiful construction, with sturdy structures, with expensive materials, but it turns out it is not prosperous, and is not enlivened by congregational prayer,
God
"Villages where prayer is not enforced there, unless they have been defeated by Satan" (Narrated by Abu Daud)
One village will be cursed and controlled by Satan. So, one of the doors to closing Satan is by making the mosque prosperous, namely coming to pray in congregation.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
Honored attendees of the Eid al-Fitr prayer congregation.
Then the last one, which we preserve in the month of Shawwal, is Connecting the Ties of Silaturrahim.
For 11 months, we've been busy. But during Ramadan, we meet face-to-face almost every night with neighbors, friends, and relatives at the mosque. Not in a coffee shop, not in a restaurant, not in a mall. But in the house of Allah SWT, a sacred place of worship.
So, the people Muslims may Allah have mercy on him, Brotherhood Let's continue this relationship in the month of Shawwal. And in the months to come. Let's not break the bonds of friendship that have been established; we must maintain them. Let's not let our bonds break after we leave this mosque. Let's not let our bonds break just because of our hearts. arrogant, proud not willing to forgive our brothers.
Remember the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad.
"Those who decide will not enter heaven." What was decided?
"That is, a person who breaks the ties of kinship."
Is there a special month for connecting ties of friendship? There isn't any. Besides we do it at the end of the month of Ramadan. Namely on this Fitri day.
Some people haven't spoken to each other for years. Their hearts harbor resentment toward their fellow brothers. It's hard for them to forgive their brothers' mistakes.
If today, they don't forgive each other then, he will be classified as an arrogant person. Not from heaven. Why? Because he is one of those people who cut ties of friendship. A person who only improves his relationship with Allah, without wanting to improve his relationship with humans, is a person who is cursed, an arrogant person, he is a person who is hated by Allah and his Messenger.
Even though that person has the title of Hajj, even though that person looks like it âlim, Good. But, when he broke ties, he was an arrogant person. Not worthy of going to heaven,
The Prophet again gave a stern warning:
لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مَنْ كَانَ فِى قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ ذَرَّةٍ مِنْ كِبْرٍ
“Whoever has pride in his heart the size of a mustard seed will not enter heaven. He is not worthy to smell heaven. (HR. Muslim No. 2749)
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious
Honored attendees of the Eid al-Fitr prayer congregation.
Come on. Today we open our hearts, to open the door to forgiveness and friendship between us. We throw away that arrogant nature, far from our hearts. Because it is an obstacle for us to enter Allah SWT's heaven.
May Allah SWT accept our prayers, our fasting, and our acts of worship in the month of Ramadan. And Allah forgives all our sins.
Amen. Amen, Ya Rabbal Alamin.

In this sermon, there is an emphasis on the importance of fear and shame towards Allah as a moral basis in everyday life. How have your experiences during Ramadan helped foster these values in you, and what concrete steps will you take to maintain them in Shawwal and beyond?
Amen.
