Muhasabah; Where is our level of Taqwa?

There have been many explanations regarding levels. Believer And MuttaqinHowever, there is no harm in enriching the explanation with a detailed explanation from the author's point of view. As we will try to explain in sharah following.

The status of Mu'min and Mutaqin is held by those who always steadfastness in doing good. Sometimes it is difficult to reach this first level, because it can only be achieved by those who remain steadfastness in faith and piety. If the first degree is difficult, then are we considered to be in the second or third group? May we steadfastness in goodness.

Sabiqun bil khairat

This is the highest degree inherent in a believer and a believer. At this level, he always strives to be consistent in doing good, whenever and wherever. He always strives to be the first in worshiping Him. He always wants to be number one in all goodness. He is a leader in goodness.

If we use economic terms as an analogy, he is called 'market leader or market leader. He is not only a good salesman, but also an honest, fair, and patient one.

For example, at the level of prayer worship. If other people rush to the mosque when they hear the call iqomah, It would have been better for him to have arrived at the mosque before the call to prayer sounded. He would have no time to end his good deeds.

For him, goodness is paramount. Goodness cannot be achieved by delaying or procrastinating. This group consists of those who do many good deeds and rarely commit sins.

Muqtashid

Mu'min and muttaqin at this level, he tries to carry out Allah's commands, but on other occasions he also violates His prohibitions. Mu'min at this level finds it difficult to be a leader in terms of goodness. The level of goodness is also proportional to the immorality.

When he hears the call to prayer, he occasionally performs it, sometimes he ignores it. During Ramadan, he often skips fasting and Taraweeh prayers. He only reads the Quran, if he has time. There's no primary form of worship that's prioritized. This is the second level, where good deeds and sins are directly proportional. This means that the potential for good deeds is in line with the potential for sins.

Zhalimun li nafsihi

At this level, the believer and the believer are those who consistently wrong themselves, constantly committing sins and disobedience. Every time they hear the call to prayer, they ignore it, ignore it, and act indifferently.

Never mind reading, never opening the Koran. Shame accumulates rewards. Ashamed to do good deeds. Ashamed to do good. Likes to commit sins and immorality but doesn't seem to feel it. It can be seen that a Muslim at this level is someone who has more immorality and sin than goodness and good deeds.

As a reflection, the question must arise, what level are we at? Are we at the first level? Tsabiukun bil khairat or in groups Muqtasid and how unfortunate we would be if we were at that level Zalimun linafsihi. May Allah always guide us to the straight path, namely the path of truth and the path of goodness. Amen

Wallahu 'alam bis showab.
