Humans generally can't escape problems. Life's troubles never seem to go away. When problems strike, we tend to avoid them without confronting them. Pressure and pressure seem to be falling on us one after another. In these situations, feelings of anxiety and stress arise. (stress), Worry leads to feelings of anxiety and resignation. I don't know who to complain to or vent to. It seems like no one cares. problem that struck. Life felt gloomy and gripping. The soul felt like it was sinking.
When we find ourselves in a situation like this, let's not forget that there are those who create problems and those who provide solutions. Allah SWT has promised in the Quran, Surah Ghafir, verse 60:; “"And your Lord said, pray to Me and I will grant it to you"”. Allah is the culmination point for a servant in seeking help and supplication. This verse shows that Allah will hear and heed the whispers of His servants who ask Him.
Ustad Hannan Attaki once said in his sermon, "The more problems you encounter, the more delicious your worship will be." This means that problems are a path to drawing closer to God, the expert provider of solutions. "Never think that problems are too big and difficult, but rather, think that there is a Great God, greater than those problems," continued Ustad Hannan Attaki.
When dealing with various problems, we must not be pessimistic. Seek out friends or close associates who can offer advice or guidance on solutions. Never forget to involve God in everything, from the smallest to the largest.
When complaining to Allah, try to find places that are calm, comfortable, quiet. In the mosque, maybe after prayer, or even after tahajjud at home, to pour out all our complaints. Take a moment to meditate. Maybe one way to consult this problem is to do it go heart and go body, go thoughts and go science.
May we always remember Allah and be aware that He is the only one to whom we can turn for help.
