Without realizing it, Al-Ikhlas Taliwang is now 41 (forty-one) years old. It has not been an easy age. Since its founding on February 1, 1984, by (Buya Zul). Dr. KH. Lalu Zulkifli Muhadli, BA,.SH,. MM. Al-Ikhlas continues to improve, guiding the community in the educational arena with the effort to build an Islamic society.
Al-Ikhlas is a vehicle for struggle for the people. Buya Zul always said "Give today for your tomorrow, but your tomorrow is not for yourself, but for the struggle!" The meaning is that the Al-Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School was founded as a forum to continue the baton of struggle in the world of education.
In its 41st year, Al-Ikhlas continues to improve, never giving up, and striving to provide the best for the community. Many obstacles, shortcomings, and challenges have accompanied Al-Ikhlas's journey, but they have not dampened its determination and determination to continue fighting for the community and for Islam.
The generosity of its founder, translated into a system of education and teaching, has influenced and instilled a sense of greatness in its alumni. Many Al-Ikhlas alumni have gone on to achieve international fame, from Tanakakan to Germany, from Sumbawa to Europe.
