At-Tanwir Maronge Modern Islamic Boarding School holds training Missionary Ramadan is a celebration for male and female students of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM). This activity is held to develop a cadre of students ready to engage in preaching within the community.
This training carries the theme ā"From the Islamic Boarding School Pulpit to the Community"ā which reflects the spirit of Islamic boarding schools in preparing students not only to excel academically, but also to be able to convey Islamic values in a communicative and relevant manner to social reality.
This event featured inspiring speakers from the Muhammadiyah Youth Movement (AMM) of Sumbawa Regency. With their diverse experience, the speakers provided insight, particularly on relevant and emerging issues in society.
On the day First, the material was opened by the General Chair of IMM Sumbawa, Jufri Ahansyah, SE, who delivered material entitled; The Role of Santri in Muhammadiyah's Da'wah. In his presentation, he emphasized the importance of Islamic boarding school students as agents of change capable of bringing the values of progressive Islamic preaching to society.
The second material was delivered by Nurwahidah, General Treasurer of PC IMM Sumbawa, with the theme, Preaching Rhetoric. He encouraged participants to understand good, polite, and persuasive speaking techniques so that the message of preaching can be effectively received by various levels of society.
Entering the day second, Participants received material reinforcement from Ustaz Sumanto, General Chair of the Sumbawa Muhammadiyah Youth. He delivered the theme "Muhammadiyah as a Da'wah Movement," emphasizing that Muhammadiyah operates not only as an organization but also consistently in its da'wah, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar (enjoining good and forbidding evil).
